Terms of Service
The operating terms for Dandly hosted websites, AI booking requests, phone reception, and owner tools.
Effective date: March 30, 2026
1. Using Dandly
These terms apply when you use the Dandly website, demo experiences, onboarding flows, assistant-connected booking flows, and links sent through Dandly. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. What Dandly provides
Dandly provides hosted website, structured intake, AI-assisted booking, phone receptionist, routing, and booking status tools for local businesses. Dandly does not perform the underlying local service itself.
3. Booking requests and confirmations
A request sent through Dandly does not become a confirmed booking unless the relevant workflow or business confirms it. Availability, timing, fit, and service details can change before confirmation.
Businesses may confirm, decline, cancel, request more information, or propose a new time. Customers are responsible for reviewing the latest status before assuming a booking is final.
4. Assistant and partner surfaces
Some requests start inside third-party AI assistants, partner experiences, or discovery surfaces. Those services may have their own terms, policies, and technical limits. Dandly is not responsible for how those third parties operate outside the Dandly workflow.
5. Communications
You agree that Dandly may send operational messages related to onboarding, verification, booking review, confirmation, cancellation, rescheduling, or support. These messages may be sent by email, SMS, or another supported channel.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Dandly to:
- Send false, abusive, or misleading booking requests.
- Interfere with the service, try to bypass security, or abuse booking links.
- Use the service in a way that violates applicable law or another party's rights.
7. Business responsibility
Businesses remain responsible for the accuracy of their service information, their availability, their pricing, and the quality of the work they perform. Customers remain responsible for the accuracy of the information they submit through Dandly.
8. Fees
Business pricing is described on the Dandly pricing page unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Hosted websites can carry a monthly site fee when a business accepts a hosted plan. Website demos and general browsing do not create a paid subscription by themselves. Booking fees apply to confirmed Dandly AI-assisted bookings. Manual website clickthroughs, owner-directed contact requests, and non-AI site traffic do not create an automatic booking fee unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
9. Availability and changes
We may change, improve, suspend, or remove parts of Dandly at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.
10. Disclaimer
Dandly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that every request will lead to a match, confirmation, or completed job, or that every assistant or partner integration will always be available.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Dandly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses that result from a business's performance, a customer's actions, a third-party assistant or partner, or service downtime.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here and change the effective date.
